What are the shipping charges & time?
For the time being, if your order is over Rs. 1,500, we will provide free standard shipping. It might require 2-4 days for shipping.

What are the exchange, return and refund policies for
Within ten (10) days of purchase, any product may be returned. You can get instructions on how to get an exchange or a refund for any product with which you are not satisfied by calling 0318-5005003 or sending us an email.

Refunds are subjected to items received back to us in original packs and seals intact. The refund amount is transferred to the given account(of customer) to us within 14 working days.

Please keep the original product and product packaging if you think your product has been tampered with. You can return the product using the instructions we'll give you.

How do I track my order?

How do I return Scotmann’s products if purchased from a different store?
Please follow the instructions on that website for returns and refunds if you purchased Scotmann's products online from another website.
If you bought a Scotmann's product from one of our retailer partners, please return it there in accordance with their return and refund policies.
