  • ½ cupBroken Wheat (Daliya)
  • 1Small Onion
  • ½ cupPeas and Carrots
  • 1Green Chilli
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1Tomato

How to Make Sabzi Daliya: Step by Step

  1. Fry cumin, onion and vegetables in oil for 3 minutes.
  2. Add broken wheat, turmeric, salt and 2 cups water.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes until soft. Add lemon before serving.

Recipe 2: Fruit Chaat (Kam Namak)

Ingredients

  • 1Guava
  • 1Apple
  • ½ cupPapaya
  • ½ cupYogurt
  • 1Banana

Direction

  1. Chop all the fruit.
  2. Add roasted cumin, black pepper and lemon juice.
  3. Use no chaat masala or only a small pinch, because it is high in salt.
