  • In the glass – Drop one SunnyD Fizz tablet into about 225 mL of water. The effervescent base releases bubbles that break the tablet apart in moments and disperse 5,000 IU of Vitamin D3 evenly through a refreshing orange drink, so there is nothing to swallow whole.
  • Absorption Once you drink it, Vitamin D3 reaches the small intestine, where it is absorbed together with fats from your meal.
